Welcome to the Covered Bridge City

Marshall Aiken joined the City of Euharlee as Public Works Director in 2026, bringing decades of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to the community he has called home since 1995.

Before joining the City, Marshall spent 20 years with Toyo Industries, where he served as a Controls Technician and Crew Lead. He also held leadership positions in fleet services for more than a decade, overseeing operations, equipment maintenance, and team management. His background in industrial operations, maintenance, and leadership provides valuable experience in managing the City's public works services and infrastructure.

Marshall has a long history of serving the City of Euharlee as a volunteer. Over the past 20 years, he has contributed in a variety of capacities and previously served on both the Historic Preservation Commission and the Planning & Zoning Commission. His passion for the community, combined with his technical knowledge and leadership experience, makes him uniquely qualified to lead the Public Works Department.

As Public Works Director, Marshall is dedicated to maintaining and improving the City's streets, parks, facilities, and public infrastructure while providing exceptional service to Euharlee residents. He is proud to continue serving the community where he has built his life.
