Welcome to the Covered Bridge City

John Shadder came to work in the Grounds department of Public Works in March of 2017. John was promoted to grounds supervisor in February 2023.

John worked at Penn State University in the maintenance department for a few years where he learned most of the skills he currently uses working for the city. Also, John has a certification in photography from the New York Institute of Photography. Before working for the city, he owned a photography business with a studio in Cartersville. John spent over ten years working for Domino's Pizza where he was a general manager for most of that time.  

John and his wife Heather are residents of the city of Euharlee. They have six children that keep him very busy in his off time. 

LeeRoy Shepherd has been with the City of Euharlee since 1985. He worked part-time until 1996, when he became a full-time employee.

As a retiree from the Bartow County Public Works Department, LeeRoy brings his expertise and large wealth of knowledge to handle any issues inside our City.

From signage to building and roads repair, LeeRoy has been an intregal part of the City of Euharlee for over 30 years.
