Todd Roberts, Public Works Director
A lifelong resident of Bartow County, and a resident of Euharlee since 1998, Todd has worked many years in the utilities, surveying, grading, and highway construction industries. He also is a former lieutenant with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office before retiring.
As an avid disc golfer, he saw the potential for a disc golf course in Joe Cowan Park. With the assistance of city recreation and grounds departments- along with many volunteers, the course was completed and opened for play in June of 2022.
Fulfilling a long-time desire to serve the community in a greater capacity, he became the Public Works Director in 2024. His goal is to preserve the natural beauty of the community while ensuring that the city facilities are well taken care of.
Todd and his wife Dawn are residents of the city of Euharlee. They raised three children here and intend to stay here in the community.
