Business Licenses

Please fill out a license application and return to City Hall with the application fee in the form of a cash or check. All applicants are required to present a valid photo ID for validation when the application is submitted.

Business licenses are $75.00 annually.

Alcohol Licensing Process Updated January 2022

You may contact the City Clerk’s Office or email abailey@euharlee.com for questions regarding the new alcohol licensing process.
 
You must register at the local and state level. For more information, visit: https://gtc.dor.ga.gov.

City Permits
