The City of Euharlee and Art in Bartow invite the public to a reception celebrating the installation of “She Laughs As She Runs,” a bronze sculpture created by artist Barry Henderson and installed near the Osborne Park Amphitheater as part of the park’s redevelopment.

The sculpture reflects the spirit of the Euharlee River and adds a meaningful piece of public art to the park for residents and visitors to enjoy. The reception will recognize the donors, supporters, and community partners who helped bring the project to life.
