Euharlee City Clerk
- Maintains all advertising, minutes, and agendas for city council meetings, and
work sessions; maintains contracts ordinances, resolutions and agreements for
- Attests to the signatures of the Mayor and Council on all contracts, resolutions
and other official paperwork as needed on behalf of the city. Assists to ensure
that all open record requests are responded to in accordance with the Open
- Enters all A/P for all ledgers in Peachtree – ensure bills are coded correctly.
Is responsible for the city’s cash services including Cash Receipts, Accounts
Payable, and Payroll
- Serves as election Superintendent and Registrar during a municipal election
year. Provides official election results as required by Georgia Code
- Assists with compilation
of financial records for annual audits. Prepares and administers all city
paperwork required for filing with state/federal entities.
City Clerk, Carolyn T. Banks
Carolyn has held the position of the City Clerk since June of 2013.
Prior to her employment with the City of Euharlee, she served 25 years at a local non-profit organization holding positions from Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk, Lead Bookkeeper and Fiscal Officer.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tuskegee University.
Assistant City Clerk, Ingrid Bundy
Ingrid Bundy joined the City of Euharlee in January 2016.
After serving as SPLOST Support Specialist with the City of Marietta since 2011, Ingrid graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University in 2015 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
